  • The Agence Nationale du Service Universel des Télécommunications-TIC (ANSUT) was created by Article 157 of Ordinance 2012-293 of March 21, 2012.
  • State-owned company under the technical supervision of the Ministry of the Digital Economy and Postal Services (MENUP)
  • A major player in the Telecommunications-ICT sector in Côte d'Ivoire

Our Mission
  • Develop specifications for SUT/ICT programs
  • Implement SUT/TIC programs on behalf of the State
  • Ensure the financing of SUT/TIC programs
  • Manage state-funded telecommunications/ICT investment operations
  • Manage and rehabilitate real estate assets on behalf of the State, to provide a framework for telecommunications operations.
