- State-owned company under the technical supervision of the Ministry of the Digital Economy and Postal Services (MENUP)
- A major player in the Telecommunications-ICT sector in Côte d'Ivoire

Our Mission
- Develop specifications for SUT/ICT programs
- Implement SUT/TIC programs on behalf of the State
- Ensure the financing of SUT/TIC programs
- Manage state-funded telecommunications/ICT investment operations
- Manage and rehabilitate real estate assets on behalf of the State, to provide a framework for telecommunications operations.
